Privacy policy

The short version: VeriCasino is a static website that sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising or analytics that profile you, and makes no third-party calls from the pages you read. The single exception is the contact form, which loads a spam-check widget — described below. We do not build a profile of you, because we do not collect the data to build one.

What we collect

No personal data through the site itself. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no newsletter, and no tracking or advertising cookies. Every page except the contact form loads only from our own server — no third-party fonts, scripts, pixels, or embeds that could observe you.

The contact form. If you use our contact form, that one page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused spam check that replaces CAPTCHAs and does not track you across sites or profile you for advertising. When you submit, the name, e-mail, and message you typed are delivered to us through Cloudflare's network so we can reply. We use them only to answer you; we do not add you to any list, and we do not pass them to any outside form service.

Server logs. Like almost every website, our web server records standard request logs — your IP address, the page requested, a timestamp, and your browser's user-agent — kept briefly and used only to keep the site running, secure, and free of abuse. These logs are not used to identify or profile you and are not sold or shared for marketing.

When you leave our site

When you click a link to a casino operator or a regulator, you leave VeriCasino and land on a site with its own privacy practices, which we do not control. Read their policy before you share anything with them. Some outbound links to operators may earn us a commission and are marked as such; that involves no transfer of your personal data from us to them.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you beyond transient server logs, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold information about you and want to ask about it, use our contact form and we will respond.

Changes

If we ever add something that changes this — analytics, a newsletter, or any feature that collects personal data — we will update this page and date the change before that feature goes live. This page describes the site as it is actually built today, not an aspiration.
