We try hard to be accurate — and we can still be wrong or out of date

We verify licences in regulators' own registers, read enforcement decisions at their source, and date every fact. But licences lapse, owners change by takeover, fines are issued, and payout and bonus terms change faster than any research can track. A fact carrying an old "checked" date may no longer hold, and any figure marked "may be out of date" should be treated as such.
