Why it matters that these are the same company
These brands market themselves as separate casinos. They are not separate companies. They share a corporate parent, and in several cases the same operating licence and the same balance sheet — which has consequences a brand page will never tell you:
- Self-exclusion may not travel. Excluding yourself at one brand does not reliably block you at its sister brand unless the regulator's scheme covers both. Ask, and use a scheme-wide block instead.
- A regulator's finding against one is evidence about the other. Where two brands run on one licence, a failure the regulator found in the operator's controls was a failure of the controls behind both.
- "Shop around" may be an illusion. Comparing two sister brands is comparing two front ends of one company's terms.
