BetWinner is licensed by Curacao Gaming Authority. The licence was pending when we checked the regulator’s own public register on 26 July 2026. You can check it yourself in the register entry we used. BetWinner's own licence page names Prevailer B.V. (Curacao company registration 149548) holding Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/341/0759. We checked the CGA's own online gaming licence registry of 15 July 2026 and that licence number is listed against that licensee, with the status "Assessment in progress" rather than a granted state. Prevailer B.V. does not appear in the CGA enforcement register of 10 July 2026. The CGA's certificate portal, which is the only regulator source that certifies which domain a licensee operates, has no public search, so we could not independently confirm through the regulator that betwinner.com runs under this licence. Separately, betwinner.com and eleven related domains appear on the Cyprus National Betting Authority's blocking list of 6 July 2026, and BetWinner domains appear on the Hellenic Gaming Commission's blacklist; BetWinner is not on the Belgian Gaming Commission's blocked-sites list.
